That is one of a seed's ways of making sure it spreads and reproduces, being eaten and let out later.<BR/>Still pretty funny though!<BR/>Unexpected veggies will sometimes grow when one uses homemade compost as well, I've heard of mostly carrots, squash, and beans --real beans, not sunflowers ;) --popping up unintended.<BR/>Do you compost?
